Hi, I’m Hayley Herms!
I’m a plus size supermodel, entertainer, & business coach/consultant! I’ve been in the plus size industry for over 12 years since I was a teen, walking in NYFW, appearing in Vogue as well as in worldwide commercials in Times Square and Sunset Blvd. with major brands and companies!
My hope is to not only share everything I wish I would have known starting in the business, but also share everything I know now and MORE, on how YOU can become a successful plus size model!! Created by a plus size supermodel for the aspiring plus size model.
Besides sharing with you what I have already learned from time and being signed to multiple agencies across the country, I can share with you all the tips and tricks the agencies, photographers, and your favorite brands are looking for to hire YOU!

- I’m a dog mom to a beautiful chihuahua mix named Bambi
- My friends + clients tell me if I wasn’t in this industry, I’d be an attorney (which I secretly love)
- In my free time I love to paint, write, and swim
- I have a degree in Business Merchandising and Marketing from FIDM University
